terry hall stood on my porch and said this was all a lie that he was not involved and ask me to vote for him and that trey would not ever file a law suit i was stupid and voted for him but never again trey did file the suit in federal court so i no he must not be a lier like terry or he would not be in federal court good luck MR. ADKINS you deserve every last penny you get from them.

It high time people in high power run across one who is NOT going to take it anymore. The schemed to take gus dozer to embrsss, elimemntal him, cost him his elected off and his reputation of a busness man and that of a honest man. He could havs said thank you for bring my dozer back and let bygone be bygoes. But why should he he stood up NOT for himself but for all the others who have been treated the same way because they did not have power or money. So this suit to make them pay for what they did to Trey and his Company. But also for his neighbors who aren't as forunate. MAY GOD BLESS US ALL!

What action will the Virginia State Police take about McClanahan during this suit. Will it be business as usual for him or a temporary suspension?

I hope and pray Adkins wins this case. The Halls, McClanhan and Neo's need to learn the law in the Federal Court System.

What's the latest on Treys case against Marcus McClanahan? Any disiplinary action taken on Marcus or investigation by the Virginia State Police? I hope this doesn't get swept under the rug.

I think that our former Commonwealth Attorney ought to be scrutinized as well. I wonder if she acted unlawfully outside the perameters of our authority for political gain.

Even if it ain't illegal, it is corrupt as all get out. Did you see the f-book message she wrote that old lady? Neo was seeking out that old lady, not the other way around. Neo also was pressuring the lady into having her sign up in her yard.

We in this community got to watch out for these political thugs that have taken over at every level.

1-Do you think a lawyer would file a lawsuit for someone unlawfully taking the dozer if it didn't belong to Adkins. I'm calling "Common Sense" on this one.

2-His aunt and uncle: Purgery? What's purgery? What aunt and uncle. Did you dig that comment out of you azz?

3-Gravels around his camper? I have a camper at the lake. Can you tell me who puts gravels around their camper. In the campsite I'm in we have grass around the campers. Have a thought. Lets do DNA on gravels and see where they came from and where they are going. Maybe Adkins' aunt and uncle can purgery/surgery themselves and tell us.
