If his grandfather can talk about people, he better be able to take the heat too!!! Time for him to face what other families have had to face from Earl. It is called karma.

So what you are saying is that if it was anyone else besides Earl Cole's family you wouldn't be on here trashing Trevor Cole? It sure appears that way to me.

BINGO!!!!!! We have a winner. Not trashing him. Just not supporting him either. Could care less about him or his family. Just tried of Earl trashing everything that this county does. It is always wrong in his eyes. He has nothing good to say unless his cronies are behind it. So if someone trashes his family more power to them.

Trevor was driving down the road NOT SPEEDING, sees the backhoe he is coming up on gives signal to get in left lane starts over and sees a car comeing up from his blind spot and its to late he slams on the brake and whips the wheel back to the right and catches the backhoe bucket, spun it around sideways as he was cleaning the ditch out pushing the backhoe... It was and accident, yes it probably could have been prevented but i cant think of any accident that couldnt be prevented. Trevor is still working everday, he did not go to jail, nor did he even get a ticket. I dont know if he took a drug test but if he did it must have came back clean for whatever they checked for. If he was on dope and driving lock him up punish him how you see fit, if not then its an accident and they do happen so leave it alone.

hey everyone be nice if ppl would stop talking about trevor...he wasnt speeding and wasnt high. he will probably get some type of ticket or charge but it was an acident...no one can control what earl cole says about ppl and believe me trevor doesnt care much about what earl has to say...im a police officer and i know trevor has tried to straighten himself up...and to answer ur question about where hes been??..hes been at home extremely upset about what happened...believe me no one who kills someone in a wreck is happy about it...the man woulda have lived if he had of had his seatbelt on...please back off trevor...he is a human being

It is no accident when someone runs over a Backhoe on the highway,he either had his head up his azz or a head full of dope,and that is my opinion.

well like i said he will get some kind of ticket or charge but ppl need to stop talking about him like they were there and saw what happened..like i said im a police officer and i know what happened with that accident and thats all it was..an accident...there was more to it than him just running into the rear end of a backhoe in the road...there was a lot more to it than that...the state police will issue a report on its findings and trevor will be in some kind of trouble but i just wish ppl would stop with all "opinions" and trash talk. go do something for the family that lost a life or try to help in someway rather than ppl in this community always wanting to add coal to the fire..everyone has an opinion but no one ever wants to help...just talk...pitiful the way the citizens of our community conduct themselves sometimes

For one thing, there is no way you are an active duty police officer around here because officers are not allowed to comment on an ongoing investigation. I can tell you now, if you think trevor has never drove those big trucks while impaired, you are wrong. I've worked for years on jobs where. Gravel is hauled to the sites. The operators have had to go wake him up because he was nodded off so bad. Just sitting there in his truck and nodded over until his head resting on the steering wheel. A friend of mine who works at VDOT gave me the down low, trevor had suboxone in his system, illegal on CDL license. He's in trouble or should be. But we know how buchanan county is, its not about whats right, its who you know. So we'll see if the right thing is done or not! Of course, this is all just my opinion! I know these operators and VDOT worker well enough to know their word is good! At the same time, i feel sorry for the cole family, cause they have dealt with more tragedy due to drugs than any other i can think of, they need some good breaks instead of bad ones.

Yes they have have had tragdy the past couple of years...Kids learn things from their parent and BELIEVE ME they have learned alot from their Dad and Ricky. They have grrew uo seeing all this going on and how Earl and his brothers got them ..so it's Monkey see Monkey do!!

1st of all I don't think that anyone has denied that Trevor has had a rough past,however from what I have heard and seen he has finally got it together. He is trying hard for his family.
2nd No one @ VDOT could have known what is in anyones system - privacy laws dumbass! But that being said I know that he passed his drug test. Of course VDOT people are trying to cover thier own ass right now. They are the ones that left the man & went on back to the shop. So nothing they say means much to me.
3rd the law changed several yrs ago. Like it or not someone that is in a program be it a suboxone or methadone program are legal to have CDLs.So before you get on here to state the law, maybe you should learn them.

Privacy laws? What a joke for a statement, well i got to tell you it wasnt private knowledge he was in a program, anybody that knew him, knows what he TAKES in that program. So you can shove the statement it was private as in nobody else knew, up your azz!! I wasnt stating the law, but anyone with common sense that see somebody nodding off that bad behind a wheel knows he is an accident waiting to happen. And for the record, its only legal to drive with a limited amount of milligrams in your system. How many milligrams was in his at the time of the accident. And for the story he couldnt change lanes, well i'm a good driver and i know when you come up on a slow moving vehicle(keep in mind this was a long straight stretch of road in broad daylight) the first thing i do IS SLOW DOWN in case there is someone in the lane beside you and you cant get over. Its not smart to not slow down then look in the mirror to see if traffic is in the lane beside you, cause if there is, THEN GUESS WHAT, you've run up on the azz of the person in front of you. They have to wake this boy up when its his turn to dump his load of gravel because he got so many milligrams of what he takes IN THE PROGRAM, that he slumped all the way over the steering wheel. The operators were there laughing while watching him nod off over and o ver, worser and worser, til he just goes out slumped over the steering wheel. Its not legal on CDL to drive with o er a certain milligram in your system. But we will all see when the investigation is finished and charges placed, cause you'll see brand new postings on topix over it and you can just eat the sh*t then won't ya?

Ole Trevor boy is not out of the woods yet. If I'm not mistaken it was in a 45 mph zone and he had to be going to fast, so put that in your pipe.
