I decided that maybe I should start using mouthwash so I grabbed Crest Pro Health. I used it last night and noticed the blue still in my mouth, but washed with water and didnt think much of it. I used it again this morning after brushing my teeth. I once again rinsed my mouth with water and went along with my morning routine. I had some breakfast about 3 hours after using the mouthwash to find out that my taste was affected.

I just googled to see if this is normal and came to this site. That crap is going in the garbage after work unless I can find a way to get my money back!

I can't believe Crest would sell something like this, they are a brand that I trust.

I am also a licensed dentist – with no affiliation to Crest, and what the previous dentist indicated is correct. There are actually several oral rinses that have the ability to stain tooth enamel. This staining is completely reversible and only occurs in a small percentage of the population. I am much more aware of incidents like this occurring with chlorhexidine based rinses though. Perhaps it has something to do with the CPC ingredient in Pro Health Rinse.

I am a victim as well. I have been using Crest ProHealth Mouthwash about a month. I haven't noticed any discoloration but the taste in my mouth and discoloration of my tongue had me very alarmed!! I lost my sense of taste!! Also, my bottom lip swelled making me look like Professor Clump - very scary!! I stopped using the mouthwash two days ago and have had some taste return. I bought 3 large bottles at a warehouse club. Boo Crest! I want in on a lawsuit as well.

Same thing happened. I only used this mouthwash TWICE (once last night, once yesterday morning) and today I suddenly couldn't taste anything. At all. Over 12+ hours after I last used the mouthwash. I came online to look up stuff, and WTF?

I have only used the Crest ProHealth toothpaste and have green/brown on my bottom teeth at the gumline. I have never experienced anything like this before and follow good oral hygiene. Does anyone elese have this problem with just using their toothpaste?

I just started using Crest Pro Health, for about a week. I woke up this morning and could not taste anything!! This really freaked me out. I tried eating a little bit of salt, I cant taste it at all. Will my taste return? If there is a class action suite count me in. cep5332535@hotmail.com

I can not believe this! I am definately going to
try and start a lawsuit. My school age boys and i just move to Vegas and we could'nt figure it out.
I first suspected the mouth wash cause it was the
think that was different, but i said nah it's a mouth wash and it should have the totally opposite effect. If any one is interested in getting this law suit together email me at sonsacious@yahoo.com
I can not begin to tell you about the horrible experiences!!!!!!!!!!

I am so angry right now! I got a lip piercing so I wanted a alcohol free mouthwash. Crest Pro Healthy Mouthwash was the only thing that i could find that was alcohol free at target so I bought it (even though it was 7 bucks!!! I am a college student, so I have to really watch how i spend my money). Well for more than a few days now, I have been using it, but the metallic taste in my mouth has started to get worse. I'm hating it right now so I'm eating a bunch of cashews to make it go away (i'll try anything). I'm just so mad because I bought a WHOLE bottle of this expensive junk, and now it's just biting me in the butt.

Is there anything we can do about this? i am so mad...I really want a refund, but the bottle is already opened! Crest should not be selling this junk!

Last time i went to the dentist they had noticed brown staining on my teeth, they said it was from drinking too much tea. after removing the stains they appeared again rather quickly... now i know why! Ive been using the pro health toothpaste and mouthwash for the past year or so. It never affected my taste but the staining makes sense now. damn, and I just bought a brand new bottle.

Daily Horoscope for December 15

Cancer

You've got high hopes about someone or something today, and you're confident that everything will turn out well. If a positive attitude is a guarantee of a positive outcome then you have nothing to worry about. But is it? There's a chance that you're being far too optimistic, and confusing fantasy with fact. If so, you'll be in for a big disappointment.
