It is just sad that someone can hit another human being and keep on driving. There are a only a few reasons to keep going. Lets see intoxicated, no license, wanted, illegal etc. Now for the guy that was struck ... what was he doing on the freeway? With everyone having cell phones I am sure he didn't need to be walking on it. But to have someone hit him and keep going is just wrong. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and I hope they catch the coward that kept going.

It could be possible, and I say possible, that the person that hit him did not know that he hit someone. What if it was a semi - he may have thought he just hit an animal or something....just saying. Now for the young man that was walking on 270 at 3:30am - what was he doing out there at that hour??? Just Saying wrote: It is just sad that someone can hit another human being and keep on driving. A person walking does not look like a four legged dear at least I don't think so. Just saying

I drove by there around 5:30am. The body was in the middle of the right most lane. No, I don't know why I looked. I'm wondering if it was a suicide, that he jumped in front of a truck. The driver may not have known he hit anything.

How tragic. Does not matter what, where, when, or why.

Curfew? He was 18 years old, no curfew would have applied to him.

Not only was Brent so young when we lost him, but he was a good kid and always so happy. You will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I always had a curfew when I lived with my parentsn even in college, their roof their rules. Parents seem to let kids do whatever they want anymore and then these kinds of things happen. It's a sad story.

I don't think people make comments that are offensive to offend the families that are hurting in a tragedy. People use the absurd to show the absurd behavior of people. Bad choices will have bad consequences and everyone should learn from them. Denny Crane
