WWII Veteran from Wilm. to receive highest honor from France

A WWII Veteran from Wilmington will be one of three to be honored by France. The Consul General of France, Pascal Le Deunff, will bestow the Legion of Honor upon three North Carolina Veterans in a ceremony Dec.
