RE: Escrow Close Requirements for Gemstones Sold by Signed Agreement and Under Power of Attorney

Dear Gail,.....

To date I have received no documentation from any one other than yourself showing or proving their rights, title or ownership—beneficial or otherwise—regarding these appraised gemstones. I will be glad to tour the warehouse and make affidavit of the whereabouts of the barrels.

Furthermore, I have not heard from buyer’s agent regarding their acceptance or rejection of the closing protocol. I need this before I can finalize a settlement agreement draft for your review. We will need to wait for each party to take the opportunity to have it reviewed by counsel, so please ask them to forward their approval in writing.
