This issue is not easy amigos, many illegal will drive any way, they need to go work, schools, stores ect. they are going to be in the same road with us, driving without licence, and obviosly without insurance. More problems are ramaining, this is not easy that looks a like. |

However, they are caught and arrested, if driving without a license or insurance, at least in Illinois. After the DVM scandals in Illinois, the new Secretary of State cleaned up shop, when I was there getting a new license, I saw a couple of guys (illegals) trying to get licenses, they presented their matricula cards, no ID, no social, no b/c, etc..... they were turned away with the "so sorry, this isn't legal identification in the states", come back with one of the following forms of ID: Greencard, or birth certificate. Of course, they didn't understand what she was saying, since she didn't speak Spanish and surprise! they didn't speak English. They looked stunned, could it be that it's no longer business as usual? We have public transportation, or the alternative is to catch a ride with someone who is licensed/insured, or they could ride bikes, or as a last-ditch attempt to get to work, they can taxi it in. If those modes of transport are good enough for Americans and legal residents, well then, they should be good enough for illegals as well. |

After the mess that the DMV was in Illinois, at least the villages have improved considerably, they are clean, orderly and quick. And the staff is friendly, too. I'm sure a lot of it has to do with the new leadership in place. |

The one I use in Montebello, Ca is hardly crowded, but it's just cumbersome to be there. |

1 Well, the majority of illegals DON'T work in agricultural jobs, and the ones that do work for lower than the going market rate for their labor. There's no honor in selling the value of your work so cheaply. |

Dude, you can't even spell it. |

Driving is a privilege. Where in the Bill of Rights does it say anything about driving??? Quit trying to bend the truth to fit your agenda. |
