Can a Judge sign a search warrant , and have Wal-Mart Loss prevention search your home?
A resident plans to file a $500 million dollar lawsuit as soon as an attorney is retained, resident is now searching for an attorney! for unlimted damages..
A Temecula resident shocked!, when he was awakened by Temecula, Sheriffs deputies ( up to 15 Deputies or even more! and other plain clothed personel ) whom make up to $36.00 per hour if not more To find WAL-MART loss prevention doing their (Temecula Deputies ) jobs, in conducting a search warrant, in fact the resident says; WAL-MART was searching and seizing things that were personal items that were bought and paid for By the resident and family; without any supervision, The Sgt spent most of his time sitting outside, So who was supervising the search? The Sgt admitted in an interview that he had spent time outside! but failed to put that WAL-MART conducted the search warrant in his report, when WAL-MART was searching the home..this is an out rage, Tax payers should be refunded for those hours that deputies spent while WAL-MART agents worked! Unlawfully and without a Judges consent nor the Residents permission when WAL-MART entered the home, and started going through the residents personal laundry and belongings, Although WAL-MART searched and seized many items from the home, nothing was found to be stolen from WAL-Mart! yet they seized it anyways,
