I can't believe anyone could be so cruel and uncaring. Animals are somewhat like children, they need attention and proper care. They are a forgiving creature even when they've been handled poorly. How would the owners feel if they were treated the way their animals were? It's too bad they can't have the same treatment done to them.

i grew up in howard, ks i am also a veterinary assistant, i have seen alot of abuse on animals, number one the good lord gave us animals to be companions to us, it is beyond me how anyone could hurt an animal, and i think those ppl that do that should be put to sleep like they do animals ppl like that should not be given a chance to walk around in society after such a terrible thing they have done, and some day they will meet their maker and god will have his judgement up on them. lisa hinkle blum
