Beauty Salons in Warwick area

I recently moved to Warwick Village and am looking for a good hair stylist.. I have thick shoulder length hair..

I have drove past several Salons in the area..to find either young punky looking girls outside smoking taking a break..even went so far to watch people leaving Salons to check out their look and have not been impressed.

I went to my husband's upscale Salon thinking I might try them,but was not impressed with anything I saw by the way of skill...just a lot of decor..and attitude of greatness at high dollar prices.

I've not ran into anyone with my hair type,that has a great cut to ask,where they get their hair done!

Can you help give me some feedback on Good and Bad experiences..it would be greatly appreciated..

I moved to Warwick from NYC 6 years ago and used to spend big bucks at Warren Tricomi for cut & color in Manhattan. I've been going to Black Dirty Beauty in Pine Island for about as long as I have lived in Warwick. Michelle the owner is a wonderful stylist and her assistant Jessica is a great up and comer.
