He shouldn't have stolen those cards, that was wrong. I think it was also wrong that some "acquaintance" felt it their duty to snoop through someones personal affects. Sounds like someone was a little jealous.....

I am glad they caught him this way. My daughter received a birthday card with the "contents" missing and the post office did nothing about it when reported. I was hoping they would investigate the person on the route, but no such luck.

Where was this man's route? It would be nice to know so others on the route might be able to double check if they have anything missing.

Rodney's not the only crook. Just before Christmas 2006 --$80 was conveniently missing in a cash gift sent to me (then in Southport mailed from LA).

My Sports Illustrated Swim Suit Issue never showed up last year, the post office said, did you call the publisher? Funny I received every other issue before and after that issue.

If you're going to read it, at least send it out after you're done LOSER!

"According to a police report, an acquaintance of Branine and his wife grew suspicious after the couple came home from a shopping trip at a Kohl's department store on Nov. 13. The acquaintance found store receipts, and police later determined that purchases were made using gift cards intended for two people on Branine's mail delivery route."

This sounds a little shaky. A good lawyer will get the evidence tossed.

Why? The mail carriers turn in their own? Or did you realize that the mail carriers do not all congregate in Broadripple and downtown to hit on the girls walking past?

Hey Smartguy, is the Good Lawyer also going to get the guy's confession tossed?

Remind me to never ask you for legal or any other advice...

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Capricorn

A certain person is strong-willed with the Full Moon in your emotional house of others. It's a lunar eclipse too, so this could lead to some ructions in which everyone becomes firmly entrenched in their own opinions and refuses to acknowledge anyone else's point of view. Get the arguments out of the way early on, so you can then concentrate on having a really enjoyable New Year's Eve.
