maybe if she would have had one more drink, none of this would have happened

She should have never answered the door or picked up a bottle when she got home and started slugging then they can't prove you were drunk at the time you were driving. Tell the judge you had a rough ride home and needed a drink once you got there

yes, I'm sure the bicyclist she struck wouldn't have ID'd her or anything?!

yeah but there is a diffrence in accidentally hitting someone and hitting someone while you are drunk

If I'd been hit on a bike by a drunk I personally would have pummeled the person senseless.

my dad was a suspect in this haha, because he stopped to see if the guy was alright. then some jackass took down his lisence plate number.

it was a hit and run and the guy on the bike had no idea it was even a women that hit him.

Its Called a Blood Alcohol Content test, Its where they draw your blood to get the reading, Get a few of them over a period of time and you can pretty much determine if she was drunk or not at the time. I hope she gets the book thrown at her, next time it could be a 5 year old kid and they don't fare well vs. cars.
