Man charged with sex offense against 9-year-old

The Kinston Department of Public Safety has charged a man with three felonies in relation to an incident that was reported in early March.

Public Castration, WITHOUT Sedatives. Will others learn a lesson from that... who the heck cares. HE WILL! Better yet,remand him into the custody of the girls Father.... No Officer, I was looking the other way!!!
