What could be so bad that a person would shoot someone and then attempt suicide?

He called his wife and said I am going to shoot my girlfriend(amy) and then shoot myself.
The wife called 911 and they went on a search for the man and Amy. The rain was too bad and he couldn't drive the van in the woods so he just shot her there. He went into the woods and didn't shoot himself til the police got their. He was life lighted to Evansville hospital. He was responding to some questions and was looking around. May his justice be served and Amy rest in peace. Prayer is the best thing for her family friends and this community

May God be with them all. My prayers go out to all involved.

He had children too. There suffering too. He wasn't a monster, he was one of nicest & funniest people I've ever met. They argued. He made a mistake. Everyone does. You have no reason to judge him, only god can do that. I feel sorry for Amy, may she rip. But Dillion is fighting for his life now with his children by his side. Find forgiveness. Oh & one other thing we don't have the electric chair anymore.

How nice of a guy could he have been? He had a wife and kids and had a girlfriend. He beat the crap out of her countless times. He killed her because she was trying to get away from his abuse. At least his kids get the chance to be there, will her kids ever be able to see her again?

I'm not judging him but he did kill her and that action is terrible. If your wonderful you don't kill someone.

can you really be forgiven after you murder your girlfriend?
Sign me up for that religion! I can do anything and it will be ok in the end!
