greenville sucks

does anyone in here dislike Mule-berg as much as me???

Well, No, I like it. Why don't you like it?

I have no idea how much you really dislike it,'What the hell', so I can't say. LOL.

There are things I'd like to see improve, but we'll get there....and I've been around quite a bit and we've got it pretty good here....plus we're a close drive to Nashville, Evansville, Lex, and Louis---without big city problems.

What exactly is buggin' ya?

People who would like to live closer to the city dont like this place. I can tell you that for a fact!!! I work at a place where most of the people are from the city and they cant wait to get back. Even though they are closer to the crime, they still want to go back. I am giving the opinion of others not mine here. Also I am very close to a person who works at a power plant and some people are transferred here from areas of tennessee, alabama, and other southern states. They think this place is hell!! they say it is too far from the city!! So there you go!!! Not my words but from others!!!

I have an opinion and it would be to live in the smoky mountains or on the beach where I could see the beauty and walk or hike every day!

I don't know nuthin bout workin down to the power plant cause I work over at Bill Cox's outfit fixin up lawn mowers and such. I know they got good french fried potaters over there in Greenville uh huh

Any one that moves to Greenville will not be happy there. I can list several reasons why.
1. So many places to shop. NOT
2. So many different restraunts. NOT
3. Numerous job openings. NOT
4. Muhlenberg Co. open to new residents. NO
5. Excellant school system. NOT

I agree with you. If you are lucky enough to have a few neighbors who might take you under their wing, go to a church where they welcome transplants (people not from here) without wanting to see your w2 form before you join..rofl sad but a fact, or work at a place that is warm and welcoming to transplants that are not their supervisors rofl sad but true also you would be extremely lucky if you found that here. Anybody thinking of moving to muhl. should think twice!!!

When I moved over to Greenville them folks was awful nice to me all except that Doyle Hargraves fella that does construction. They got all kind of that potted meat and french fried potaters over there to the Greenville. I don't know nuthin bout the stuff you folk are talkin bout but since they turned me loose from the nervous hospital them folk in Greenville been awful nice to me uh huh

Actually, Paradise doesn't foul the air in Greenville, the winds blow that stuff to other towns, lol

If you knew anything about a power plant, ie. Paradise, you would know that the stuff coming out of the 3 large stacks is just steam. The other three have been "scrubbed" - just the simplest version but it's not what you all crack it up to be. You're warm & your t.v & internet work, your food is cold, right and many families have a good life because of T.V.A.

I don't like this town either, but then again it's better than the streets. Life is what you make it! Take it easy and stay indoors...lol. That's what I do.

i've moved around...big cities, medium sized cities. yeah they might have all the extras but i was actually relieved to come home. i thought the grass was greener on the other side but when i came back i realized there's a lot of good in our little town. maybe some bad too..like every place has. but i think with the improvements taking place in Greenville, by spring, the downtown area at least will be a very nice place to eat/shop/chill. We all should be excited!
