Man Charged After Being Involved in Hit and Run Fatality

A Montgomery man was charged Tuesday with leaving the scene of a hit and run that resulted in one death on Sunday.

i used to live in greenville for years and thought that most people were fair. but as i found out not long ago that the law-the judge can charge you with a crime;, with hearsay--not let you question the witness against you, and do as they please. there is no justice or justice system in greenville alabama anymore. the only people the judge dont make pay is the drug dealer/user. they can get away with it if the judge wants them too. i saw this with my own eyes.

i saw an officer hadley with proof that the man was guilty;, and the judgr ruled--not guilty without predjudice. i know that i did not get a fair hearing, and witnessed 2 more women that also got shafted. what does this say about our judge? if you are innocent--dont go to greenville. if you commit murder or sale illegal drugs--then thats where you need to go!
