Jessica, this is Terry's cuz and his dad was always treated wrong by the cops in this town and thats just one of the things that made Terry not like cops a long with the fact that he thought they always did him wrong too. His dad was beat up more than once by some officers who's name I will not say. He really was not right in the head at the time of the shooting. he will be missed by he kin and all other shut up you did not know him!!

I was shocked when I heard of Terry's Murder. I knew him most of my life , and he was a good guy. He was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. I will always remember you Terry. God bless.

I am from Minford and I know that Portsmouth cops are crooked from my own experience with the not only while I lived there but also while I reside in Centerburg! I am sorry for everyones lose and I am sure this could have benn prevented!
