they really should investigate her and how she runs the apartments. I know one person who stays there whose rent never went up even when she had a full time. job....how does that work? At one point her electric was shut off and even after inspection she still stayed there. For the months her electric was off her and her two kids stayed with her sister along with their mom in a one bedroom apartment. Judy knew and never said a word.

I lived there for a year and the only problem that i could complain of is that she isn't in office much and is too relaxed about who she lets on the property, and the teenagers hanging out under windows and on the steps

So, most of the people that live in Hillview r living Scott free, but want to complain how it is ran? Really? There r some that live down here that make it worse for others. Some of the "parents" let their children out and let them run all over the place! Some of the children r as young as 2-3 years old. Judy isn't as strict as I would be and that is for sure. This day in time, u never know who is going to be around and who is going to pick up a child. Some people don't know how stressful a job like hers can be. If people would mind their own business, they wouldn't have to worry about someone else's rent or electric bill. Get over it!

I admire Judy for just putting up with some of those idiots she has to deal with. Some are terminal ignorant and some are just plain trash.

How do people figure out how to live off the state and get away with it? Latosha has worked full time and got to live practically free and got assistance for child care even on days when she wasn't working.
Wish I could do that! Wouldn't it be nice to never have to pay your way thru life, not have to worry about your kids or who you allow in their life. Boy to just be that care free!

By the way, if it is a temp job, such as Amazon during peak, they can't count that. So, that is how someone would get by without the rent being raised.

When u work a temp job, the rent isn't raised. This world would be a much better place if people would mind their own business. When u get child care assistance, u can get it even on days that u don't work. Also, there is a co pay that is paid per day. People should learn about the programs before they start running their mouths.

If you need all that assistance wouldn't it be simpler to wait until you can afford children before you have them. You might not have to mooch of the Government at all. You might even be able to pay your own rent, buy your own food, and pay your own medical expenses. If this happened the rest of us wouldn't have to pay as many taxes and the Government wouldn't be broke.

This person knows what's up!....all of you all sit on your ass while honest working people not only support thier families but support the ones that have a "condition" and can't work...sure there are some people that really do need help but mostly it's abused by the ones that have a "condition"

Personally I think the government should quit giving money an go to nothing but stamps of some sort so you can't go get tattoos or piercings...also you should be drug tested on a regular basis

Not trying to defend anyone. I could care less where she works. I am just saying that if it is a temp job, that isn't counted towards your rent.

You never know when you are going to need assistance. Some people are financially stable and ready to have children. However, when unforeseen circumstances come into play such as a family that is split and then a person becomes a single parent or when a person gets hurt at work and is unable to work, etc, a family may need assistance. No, I don't condone people that abuse the assistance and take advantage of it their whole lives. There are some that will only use the assistance for a short period of time. I know of some that are using the assistance, but are trying to better themselves by going to school so that they don't have to continue using assistance :)

Blame the poor for the government being broke...well, let's see...how about cutting salaries for government big wigs? How about stop sending monies to Afghanistan, Iraq, and places where they think we all have a target painted on our backs? Not enough for you? Some of the people having children before they can afford them have parents that DO have good jobs...

What's this "all of you all" crap? Whenever someone speaks up for people who are less fortunate than themselves, they get called 'lazy a$$es','deadbeats', or other derogatory names. And as far as people having a "condition", God forbid you end up with a condition and have to get assistance of any kind. Not everyone is in good health, not everyone is pious, and certainly not everyone downs people who get disability payments or food stamps. None of those people are getting rich, so if you want to trade places with them, I'm sure many would oblige you. Many of us who speak up for others have either been in their shoes at one time, or have worked in jobs that HELP people who are struggling to live half way decent.By the way, glad YOU paid for $100,000 homes these people must live in...since you talk like you pay this kind of money.

Hey dipstick I know that government programs are set up for the people that need them, however they are being totally abused by lazy worthless people that have never tried to contribute to society. Hell yes the government would be in much better shape if all the deadbeats were cut off and only people who actually deserve benifits recieved them. Life has not been easy for me but I had some DAMN PRIDE to take care of myself and my family. I have done without many things that I wanted to provide my family things that they needed. I was a very hard worker therefore I was always able to get and keep a job, and was honest therefore I was always able to get good credit. Most people {healthy] that don't accomplish what I have haven't tried. P.S. Never recieved one penny unemployment, food stamps, welefare, medical care, or any government assistance in any form. The good Lord has blessed me in many ways and I have always tried to do my part.

Well give yourself a cookie for never needing help from the government. Watch how you say it though because you never know when you will need the help. Yes, some people do abuse it but there are some who dont.

Way to take up for your old boss and teacher, everybody knows this is Elizabeth, and that Judy taught you everything that you know. You are dealing with an older group of people at your apts., you couldn't handle a place like Hillview!!!
