Need advice about a so called drug counselor

There is this place,it is supposed to be a drug rehab or halfway house,this man who has been on drugs hisself for years runs this,its just a old house and somehow this so called counselor got in with some of the big shots(county attorney) And anyway a good friend of mine was sent there from jail.My friend did everything he could, but did fall behind on the money part, but was paying all he could,anyway, this so called christian counselor(which he is not) sent him back to jail after he had been there 42 days he only had a couple weeks left,this counselor said he was not following the rules as his excuse to the attorney as to why he sent him back (it was all about the money)anyway this church that they are made to attend had already paid for people that did not have much money or had fallen behind ( this is what type of person this man is)well he sent this man to jail anyway. What i need to know is, If i come up with the money myself to pay for what my friend was behind on,can this counselor go get my friend out of jail,does he have the power to do that? I WILL NOT PAY this counselor until he does,but i am not for sure if he can do this,I am not on a talking basis with this hypocrite counselor, so i thought i would ask anyone that is on this site that could tell me about the law or would know what i can do to help my friend?Any help would be greatly appreciated.Also my friend could possibly go to jail for 5 years now but if he got thru this rehab he would not have to do any more time,and by the way he was there over some checks, he was messed up and made a big mistake but was doing everything in his power to correct the mistake he made!

Thanks for your help,I wish i knew what to do,my friends family especially his wife and 2 teenagers are just in shock,he was doing so good,he was in church and he has such a good heart,even though he don't have much money he would give the church his last dollar everytime he went,it justs breaks my heart to know that this counselor (who by the way was fired from another rehab facility)can treat this man like this!

Hon! I don't know to make about the Ky. law,if I were you I would contact legal aid and check to see if that man needs to be licesed to run a rehab or halfway house.I wish you the best! Everyone has made mistakes in their life. You would think that the state would want someone that has their life together before they try to help someone else get their life together.Best wishes

who is this man? and where is this so called place? sounds like it needs to be seen into by someone that is not familiar with this town or the people in it

can anybody tell me if this counselor can go to the jail or call the judge and get him back into this socalled place because this man needs help before he goes to court in a couple of weeks,i just need some legal advice i guess, but right now i am afraid to say who or where it is until i can find out more.

Im so glad to know that Im not the only person that feels like you do..You are so right..The jails are full with poeple with drug problems..I cant even begin to understand.And probably never will..

This place is in horse cave called the bears house and don't let them fool you,the man that runs this, wants people to think, this is a christian home for men,It is far from it,this is just a front. He is using God to get money from the most vulnerable men wanting to get help!

You could always try the Bath House. You can "work off" those financial payments. I'm not saying it's easy work, but it beats jail. Well, kinda...

What is this counselor's name? I encounter a quack counselor about four years ago when I was dealing with a different problem. However drugs and alcohol was his specialty.......counseling people with those problems that is.

the quack's name is terry g.He goes by the nickname BEAR,i guess because he looks and acts like one.This man is crazy and was already fired by another rehab,so then he started this one,with other people's money.
