Shouldn't homeless people be out searching for jobs during the day instead of sleeping all day at a "day shelter"? Most businesses are open and accepting applications during the day not night. Greensboro should clean house and get new leaders.

The Police need to come over to Wendover / Bridford area. It is bumapalooza out there. Isn't there an ordinance or something on the books.

One thing I've found, is as you're out and about, you'll find most places like McDonald's, Walmart, etc are usually hiring and happy to give you an application. Just keep you a stash and when you see one of these poor souls, be kind and hand them one to the closest institution to where they are doing their sign holding duties.

Sometimes I even offer directions.

Joe you need to move to Greensboro and assist us in the bumapalooza. Its kind of funny to help these people who pocket the money to fund their alcohol problems. They dont want to work...but want to be paid. I challenge anyone who sees the bums holding the signs if they would come rack your yard for money they WILL turn you down.

yep... them freeloaders have always been around but now they have people taking up for them and saying we should be sensitive toward they're plight. Most are felons that are on the run from another city or state, they all desire drugs and alcohol for they're daily buzz, so crime around these areas is always worse because they have nothing to lose. In Winston Salem they get to use the street curb that devides the lanes of travel to conduct they're pathetic panhandling BS, our coward mayor will not enforce any guidelines to rid our fair city of these scuzz buckets, and the local paper ya know the W-S Urinal hires them to hawk papers at busy intersections to make a buck on they're near death news print. I thought the concrete divider was to separate cars not become a place of business for losers.
