Michael is appealing, but will definitely not be heard, he is just postponing the inevitable. Rusty died in jail and Joey is still in Nassau jail.

I used to work for this company it's a shame that this was going on. The Romano's were very nice guys. Did think it was a little weird that ppl were paying crazy money for these coins but what did I know I just worked there. Does anyone know how much jail time they are serving ? And Rusty died ???:( how ? He was a nice guy!!

This all is just not right. All these mean are great people especially Sal. He has 3 children who are successful at all levels in life. He does not belong to be put in prison. He shouldn't miss the children's life's. Same goes for Joe too. And micheal and vinny don't deserve jail time either. This is all a bunch of crap. It's coin selling on a telephone not murder here.

The guy broke the law... He deserves jail .. he should of thought about it when he looked at his kids.. He didn't give a shit about his victims, or his own family for that matter..it was greed... There are honest ways to make a living..he chose to be a crook.....
