what do you mean i'll be parked.you dont know me at all becouse if you did you would know that i dont have more then 2 drinks.i ant drank to get drunk in 15 years.and if i did i never left the back road.

well we miss you scott. dont worry guys, god will judge us according to our sins. dave will be judged just like everyone else. there is no way to justify what happened, whether or not it was pre meditated or accidental.

I saw a dude get beaten to death once. The person doing the beating finished off the beaten dude buy slamming a large cobble stone onto his head and an ambulance came and pronounced the dude dead. Now that guy over did it and should goto jail but got away with it...never got caught.

I was there the night of the first fight.

Scott did not hit Ricky with a bottle.

I have had issues with Ricky for years. He did not like the fact that I was playing pool with Scott...he walked in from the fenced in smoking area, walked up to Scott and punched him. No reason, just walked in and punched him.

That is what started everything. When it was all said and done, I told Scott to go and sit down, let things calm down. That was when David went over to Scott.

There is more to it than that, but that is the jist of it.

What happened the night Scott was killed, I can not comment on, as I was not there.

Paul...you would be mistaken about me going to court to testify. Stop down the house one night and see me.
