A coroner said on Tuesday that the shooting of a couple found dead inside a sport utility vehicle parked at an Ohio day care center was a homicide-suicide. Coroner Richard Burkhardt in southwest Ohio's Butler County said Tuesday that the wrists and ankles of 46-year-old Evelyn Restituyo had been bound with white plastic ties and her body was found ...

That is horrible. That poor woman never had a chance. Didn't somebody see him shoot her outside the store?
