The total new taxes on those mean/ugly 2% will add up to approximately 8.2 billion. Huge/nice sum, huh? That is approximately 8 DAYS of US spending by the current administration.
obama isn't trying to cut expenses, curb the deficit, or get Americans back to work. He is worried about his own job, creating chaos to achieve the same result, deflecting and deceiving.
