Dear Mr. Womack: would you please contact managers of Bear Valley Water and tell them how this is done? They think the only way the valve works is by turning the pressure lower.

Yes, PLEASE let Bear Valley in on the secret!!! I've had a plumber out to crank up whatever he could crank, and I've busted out all the plastic "water saver" things out of my shower heads. Hoping to get a Canadian toilet someday too ( you remember, the ones that had enough water in them to flush!).
If Bear Valley increased their water pressure they'd get more $$ cuz it flows out faster! Duh!
