Faulkner County Detention Center and Prosecuting Processes.

My brother was just killed in Faulkner county jail. He was a non violent person and was in for violation of probation. His sell mate was a murderer. He also stabbed another person when the doors opened in the morning. My brother was not found until that morning. Why do they put murder's in with non violent offenders?

If you dont believe Faulkner county is corrupt then something is wrong with people. I just won a lawsuit against FC because they not only put my life in danger, but also several of my family members and friends. then tried to cover it up. Faulkner County is beyond corrupt and they are slowly being exposed!!

Blah, Your story is very familiar. My son also was arested for DWI and he too had only had a few beers. He felt he has passed the sobriety test and was told he didn't have to take the breathalizer as that was his right. He was pretty pissed off and said ok then I won't take it. Low and behold another charge (refusal) how can they say it is your right not to take this but then charge you with a crime. Very much sounds like entrapment to me. Bottom line couldn't afford an lawyer so I am playing chauffer for the next fews months. I think it punished me as much as him. And for what? He did nothing wrong but you are guilty in Faulkner county until you PROVE you are innocent. Also when he called to be picked up I was mad and made him stay in jail another day and when I did go get him they told me he can't go he will have to stay 12 hours. I had to inform them he had been there 36 hours. Shouldn't they have known this?

someone who cares, I am very very sorry for what happened to your brother. unfortunately when you go to FU you have to be able to defend yourself because they throw you to the wolves. I only know that no matter what God is watching and he will judge. All the heartless people saying so what they are criminals need to remember Jesus was a convicted criminal and he was executed so that you could be saved. Do you deserve to be saved?

Are you talking about Faulkner County jail in Conway, AR? I work there, and would know about someone being killed in the jail. I have heard nothing of this. Can you give the name of your brother?

I also think that the guards were pretty cool to me as far as I'm concerned. Baker is funny as hell. My main problem is that I am a workin man and I'd MUCH rather work and be productive and bust my ass than just rot in a cell. I'm doing my time on some bullshiz anyway the guards know my story, well Thompson does. So does one of the female guards. They even think it's crap that I have to do it but I'm sti serving so I'm not going to get into details because I don't wanna get the shit beat out of me hahaha
