He gets 15 years for this dumb action? and folks get off for racial threats? folks get off for murder? hes not worth going to jail. That cost money- not worth it especially for Bush a very tacky president.

You have got to be kidding right? There is the increase in crime and killings, children are starving, people are losing their homes and property and you find time to not only waste taxpayers money but to even consider this? What is this world coming to?

WHO IS ACCOUNTABLE, OBVIOUSLY OTHER THAN THE PERPETRATOR, FOR THE RAPING AND BEATINGS THAT GO ON IN THE PENAL INSTITUE??? AND WHY ARE PRISONERS NOT REHABILITATED (TRAINED IN A SKILL OR VOCATION-MANDATED TO FINISH HIGH SCHOOL ETC.) IN OTHER WORDS MADE TO DO SOMETHING WORTHWHILE TO HELP THEM ONCE THEY ARE RETURNED TO MAIN STREAT SOCIETY. IT DOES SEEM AS IF THE SYSTEM IS DESIGNED-OR SET UP TO BE A "REVOLVING DOOR" - IT'S CERTAINLY JOB SECURITY FOR ALL INVOLVED IN THE PENAL SYSTEM.

IF HE WOULD HAVE STAYED OUT OF JAIL IN THE FIRST PLACE HE WOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN RAPED AND BEATEN UP. I WONDER WHAT HE DID TO BE PUT IN JAIL IN THE FIRST PLACE.
