I have a cousin (over 40) that has a problem with sexing young (teen) girls. Now he has done time, been let out, gone back, and come home again. He is now not allowed in Baltimore County however he is currently living there but using his sister's PG Co address.

Do you report him for lying about his address? If so to who?

Since he has been out he has take up a relationship with one of the girl he was with before he was locked up (she was 13) she is now over 22 and just had his baby (even though he is married and has another family).

Personally I can't stand him because of the crime he committed. I keep myself, my kids and my nieces the the hell away from him. But my silly family (his branch) doesn't see the problem with him using the wrong address and seems to be covering for him.
