Biker sentenced in kidnap, rape and torture case

A motorcycle gang member accused of participating in the kidnapping, rape and torture of a Tucson woman has been sentenced to seven years of intensive probation.

There is an odd kind of irony here. The biker's beat and rape the woman for disrespecting the club. Then the club members beat the men for beating the woman. Then all the bikers get arrested.

I agree that this story still proudly hosted by KVOA on teh original link was worthy of being the first linked here.

The men had already been punished by the gang. The woman had not reported the crime. ALthough almost killed, most of the men didn't want to report it.

Had the rapists not been beaten the rape probably wouldn't of been prosecutable. It was only with the beating getting beaten themselves that the story broke.

To explain in o ther words the relatively short sentence in order to get the evidence they had to reduce the penalty. BY admitting guilt they got out before they could win at trial.

His sentence was pretty soft considering what he did. I think he should be in prison for a good fifteen years.

This is horrible. I'm not surprised though, Tucson is getting really soft on criminals.
