Wow, I'm glad my son is out of high school and in college. because we could never afford to buy those things when he was in high school. Now he has a cell phone and laptop (he bought from money he made on his part time job). I hear him talk about that tablet thing, I don't know what it is, but I've heard him talking to his friends about it.

maybe kids having phones will allow them to get pictures of teachers while the teachers get compromising photos of thier kids ....

I hate to agree with you, but I think you hit a major bullseye with that post. Everyone will be doing more picture taking and less teaching and learning. |

When I was a kid, it was bad enough not having the expensive sneakers or clothing, but now I would need an expensive iPhone with unlimited data and minutes?
Schools should have school uniforms and no personal phones, tablets or laptops. |
