What we are upset about is that many calls were made for almost 2 weeks to have him picked up, and his condition worsened, and nothing was done. That is what I meant about the State not doing their job. Paul was trying to figure out who you were, I'm sure you probably knew each other.

The state did responde to many calls, many! Where was his family? Rodney took off to Florida every winter, Herbies had only his friends to help him. Caine tried to disable his car. William tried many times to help him. Peter was very kind to him, but there is only so much people can do. Yes, the state could have done more, but so could the people who say they loved him. That accident was bound to happen, noone who knew him was surprised, saddened but not surprised,do you know there were no brake marks from his car?...NONE, he never hit the brakes.
