I think it's a shame when a town can't see beyond it's pocketbook.
When I think about the Brentwood, LI school district getting $200 million a year financial aid,(which doesn't include local tax revenue), and look at what they're turning out.

It was all due to a few small minded, mostly men, who's children had already gone through school or who had no kids (thank goodness for that) who only saw the little bit of money that could be saved..not to mention they have "plans" for that building.
My daughter, her father, his father and many cousins and aunts and uncles went to that school, we are all saddened by the closing of this beloved school.
Tell me when this thread is updated!
