I guess Carmen and Jose can afford all the bling for their cars when they have not payed their landlord rent for 4 months and refuse to move and allow their landladys elderly parents to move into the apartment as they are both disabled and need care!! Are these the type of people we want influencing our children at the Boys and Girls Club,so that they too can learn how to work the system and have no respect for anyone. Also, they may not "street race" but all you need to do is stand on their street and watch as Jose races up and down the street with his tires squeling!! "BANDITS" for sure.
