It's north carolina, dude. They probably fill baby bottles up with it to feed their kids, pets, neighbors, whatnot. I wouldn't doubt that any parties that can prove a wrong in mr. allen's death will be suing the pants off the trailer owner.

I'm not alleging anything,just that the local news and word of mouth on and about this does not jive with the real world.1..Gasoline poured on skin such as the chest would have become blisted and/or welted thus he would have changed shirts no way around it(know this first hand)2..The flammability of the gas after several hours would have diminished(the news said it was hours after he supposed to have tried to drink the gas)3..It sounds like a load of horsechit,knew the guy he wasn't the sharpest pencil in the box but he wasn't that friggin dumb.Oh by the way not all of us from the south are incestual halfwit inbreds

Case and point,the murder of Tod Dove.The plea deal was reached because the police and the DA threatened the guys girlfriend and his child.They said that they would plant Trafficing weight amount of coke on her and his child would be placed in DSS.Everyone knows who really killed is still walking the streets.She's was an informant....

But what I just posted was based on the word of a friend of his and word on the street,but being that neither stories varys in any way over the years kinda makes you wonder how much is true.Havelock has been through 3 police chiefs and 3 officer firings and rumors of alot of dirty crap going on behind the scenes.

Everyone is to quick to judge this case of Gary Banning. If anyone know's anything for certain, Post it! Don't let something as serious as this go, with the truth being untold.

I am Gary Banning's sister. I live in Ky. There is so many things to this story that just don't add up, and our family really needs answer's to so many questions. If anyone at all know's anything at all about this, please help us with some answers. If anyone can remember anything at all from the night that this happened ( 2- 27- 12 ) he passed away on ( 2-28-12) please let us know. He didn't deserve to dye this way. He was our baby brother and the father of 6 children. Someone must have seen or heard something. Any info would really be helpful. My name is Kim. Thank you very much.
