our laws dont hold water in gp

we have been fighting to get paid for property we sold to darcie and steve worthington, ie worthington constuction llc.
We took them to arbatration and won, but still no money.Got our judgment from the court, but what good is it if they dont have to pay.We have been waiting since 2005.After looking into the worthingtons,They are above the rest of us, there is 12 cases against them as it is now.There is over 30 people that they have taken to the cleaners. Where is our laws that protect us ? If the law dose not help us then why have it.these people are crooks and need to be stoped, they are still taking money from people under a new business name. Can they be stoped by our laws ? They havent yet. Some one needs to investigate them that has some clout in this town,and help us that have been riped off. thank you for your time

I acb I know.. I would love some info on the worthingtons... She should be in Jail.. After all that she has done and is still walking around.. If it was the joe next door he would be in jail.. I get what you say about Steve and Sean, But they do have more in this than we think.. He STEVE was her husband..So he did know what was going on and just let it happen.... My husband and Sean went to high school together, back in 1984 My husband found Sean a job working Construction in Sacramento, for many years they toyed with the idea of starting a buisness together. In 2002 My husband went to Montana to help Sean with a house and the two of them were like a well oiled machine. After a few months of talking they each decided to move back to RR Oregon and do it. In July of 2003 we packed up the family and moved here. It wasnt until we were here and settling in that the horrific name Darcie was mentioned and unbeknownst to us that she was going to be a third partner. I was furious to say the least, I did not like her for the moment I met here and I soon realized why. She tried to get my husband and I to finance their first remodel when I refused .. suddenly everything began to change. For anyone who doesnt think Sean is just as wicked as Darcie... heres a scoop on the real Sean. The day I went into Labor my husband had forgotten his phone at home... I called Sean at 10:00 in the morning and told him I was AT the hospital in labor. He cheerfully said I will tell him right now... then turned his phone off. As they rolled up at 4:30-5:00 he finally decided to tell my husband. From that point on things went from bad to worse. Darcie & Steve went on numerous vacations bought, new cars, while Sean used the rest to purchase tools. They would grumble and groan everytime my husband would ask for his share of the profit and he would be given some excuse as to how the money was rolled over in the buisness. All Lies!! Finally in 2004 he had enough, I had enough, so he walked. Knowing that the person with the real construction talent just bailed Sean retaliated by slandering my husband name through the valley making it almost impossible for him to find a job. To this date Worth-less construction still owes us 30-40,000 in profit and overhead, not that we will ever see a dime. Sorry this is so lengthy but I have been waiting for years to let people know the truth about these folks. If Sean would have had a backbone he would have told his sister in law that being a receptionist for a local contractor did not make her the slightest bit knowledgeable on how to build a house or buisness. I am so sorry to all of the people who got burned by that woman. When your ready to start a coalition to drive that woman out of town with nothing but the clothes on her back let me know I will be right there beside you!!

Just too add... For anyone who was left with an unfinshed or totally screwed up house let me know, I just happen to know a fantastic contractor who will give you a fair honest price and a result you will be more than happy with!!

Darcie is a greedy, selfish %#@*^! She was out buying cabins, cars and making thousands in her "ortgage business", which seemed to be more like rolling investors & over and over again on various property (collecting fees on the mortgage side) while sinking Worthingon Construction. And Sean and Steve knew it all along...or they are extremely dense. Darcie's promises have ruin so many people's lives. She should be locked up for her life... Rumor has it, the day she bought her convertible...her employees did not get paid. And she involved her family in her schemes, basically using their credit to finance houses, then promising $ for that use and in the end sticking them with the bills.

Just wondering if the IRS could help....It is called Mortgage Fraud!

Well, what a surprise. Dear Darcie ripped us off too. We tried to file a police report in GP, but they told us it wasn't a police matter. We got an attorney in Medford. He already knew Darcie's name and said we had a case we could win. But it would cost us a lot, and we wouldn't get anything from DW. I've sat on this a long time, and now I'm really irritated.
We have all the proof we need. So why is it she can steal thousands of dollars and get away with it? If you or I shoplifted a candybar from Walmart, we'd go to jail.
Why she is still able to walk free and steal from others is beyond my understanding. It's too bad our law protects the criminal more than the victirm.
I think it's safe to say she's a sociopath and will never have any remorse, and she will continue to get away with stealing.
I'm going on a new pursuit. I'll keep you all posted.
