Well it is not like a food place has had any luck yet. What is this, the 4th failure so far in that place?

Those other places didn't have former success and a following like this owner does.
Six convenience stores in eight blocks? Name them. Two QT and a Hucks. Exagerate much?

You're so negative. Go back to gossip troll.

They're only open for breakfast and lunch. The sign says that but some people can't read.

Nothing survives in the old Hardee's location. Mama Mia's right up the street is thriving and has been for years. That's your model for opening a restaurant in GC.

If Crackers Retaurant was so amazing then why did they go out of business? You would think that a amazing restaurant would still be in operaton.

I figure a hit and run might survive. Nothing better than link in a drive thru.

(On a more serious note)

Probably wouldn't be a bad location for a lawyer or doctors office. Long shot- maybe an all night Internet cafe (coffee cartel knock off like the central west end)

Dunno honestly what would work.

No business has survived there, since Burger Chef left. I heard long time ago that the owner of Burger Chef put a curse on the building & future businesses. So no one would survive there.

I know that Mr. Twist is an icon where it is now, but it would be cool to sit and enjoy Mr. Twists treats inside, and all year . Mr. Twist is a proven winner and I believe would be successful in the Hardee's building. Thoughts ?

If they want to move, sure. I don't think it would be wise for them though. Considering you have two weathervane locations already. It would be a tough sell. They probably already thought about it and couldn't afford it.
