it is pretty sad that people get on here talking crap about deceased... if danny shemwell or farley were still alive, WHO WOULD TALK TO THEM AND DISRESPECT THEM THE WAY U R?????? The girl was wanting memories of her dad and it resulted in ppl talking crap about both sides... Danny Shemewell and Danny Farley have children and have lots of family that might not encourage all they have done but everyone is not perfect... Both guys were good to me and I hope that one of these days ppl will quit talking trash on them

I am not a relative, i do know his grandchildren though. you people need to grow up.

I did not know Dany farley..I do know his kids and i love them all very much.. dont you ppl ever get sick of saying stupid things on the computer so others can see. Because this man you are all talking about is my grandfather.. What i would give to know him for a day, i just wish u guys would look around and think one day u will not b around and maybe ur grandkids would like to know good things about u and not hear stupid crap on the net......

Both Danny's are gone..long gone.. can't we leave him (farley) where he is at and give his children & grandchildren some peace. It is people, like some of you, that have made his children and even his older grandchildren lives more difficult. It doesn't matter what he did wrong, everyone makes mistakes and I am SURE that some of you were HELL RAISERS in your day. My cousins and I went to HS with Schemwell's kids and it wasn't easy. It shouldn't have mattered but for some reason it did, we all came along long after everything went down and we are still had to deal w/ it.... I hope your well Tiff... Have your memories, good and bad, just have enough respect to keep your mouths shut and think of his kids and even his grandkids... there is a lot of stuff our parents don't want us to know.. Just think if your family ran across something like this while doing homework.. I DID!!!

I do not think that his family are the ones that started this forum. I know this mans children and grandchildren. All of them are good people. His children were raised by a good mother and they are all great people that do not deserve to have thier fathers story posted on here. This man has been dead for years. There are many things that they do not want thier children to know. I read here that his grandchild found this site while researching the history of Granite for a school project. Can you imagine how that made her feel.(I can, I talked with her and she had no clue). Perhaps people should keep the memories of the past to themselves, it only hurts those in the present. Now thanks to you all, even his grandchildren have to know the stories. I am sure this man done wrong to many people but there was some good in him. Look at his children and grandchildren and think before you write. Why not try to share a good memory instead of a bad one. Thanks to all that shared good ones.
