Guess I won't be eating at Pizzaworld anymore!

A former pizza worker claims her boss threatened to have her child taken from her after she filed charges alleging sexual harassment against his company.

Caitlyn Gourley claims she filed sexual harassment and gender discrimination charges against defendant Pizza World USA and its owner, defendant Eric Wortham, on May 23, 2011. After she filed the complaint on May 23, 2011, however, Wortham began threatening her, according to the lawsuit filed July 2 in Madison County Circuit Court.

"Wortham stated that if Gourley did not contact him immediately, Wortham's lawyers would file a counterclaim against Ms. Gourley for tortious interference with a business; would garnish Ms. Gourley's wages no matter where she was, for the rest of her life, until she paid Wortham $20,000 to $40,000 plus damages," the suit states. "Wortham threatened Gourley with imprisonment for up to six years. Wortham threatened that Ms. Gourley's new born child would be taken away from her."

Wortham later left Gourley a voice mail that informed her that he had called child protective services to tell them that there were numerous problems with her household, the complaint says.

Terrified that she would lose her child, Gourley claims she suffered from sleeplessness, shaking, crying spells and severe emotional distress.

What an a..hole .. I'd be taking him for every last penny he has. Didn't really eat there before but will definitely not be eating there now.

That dump should have been closed by the health board years ago. It's over run with mice and has the most disgusting food in town.

I never did like the place anyway. And I've heard bad stuff about it before. They won't miss me......LOL....I never went there.

and that makes their pizza suck how??? Its one of the only pizza buffets around. Not gonna stop goin there because of a stupid lawsuit. if we did that we couldnt ever go out to eat anywhere!

Anytime you have to use a napkin to soak up the grease that has pooled on the pizza, the pizza sucks. Just sayin'

Pizza Hut is really bad with the standing grease/oil on their pizza. And the nasty burnt crap on the crust bottom. Clean you ovens!

My cousin worked there before a long time ago.. he stopped working there cause they was rude and very mean towards their customers and to some of their employees

Weve had this topic before. yes that place is very very dirty and they are really rude. Wouldnt eat there for any reason.

It dont seem to be stopping too many people. their parking lot it full right now!

actually Im willin to bet there were close to 25 cars there. Maybe they were all at that Nastyass fake mexican food place next door. I dont know how that place is in business, no seasoning, and when it is seasoned its with Carlita brand from Shop n Save...
