1993 cold case murder cracked

i hope they get a convictin in this case

I know him personally and he didn't do what they are saying that he did. He was best friends with the man that was killed and now they are just trying to look for someone to blaim in the case and that is all there is to it.

I am hoping they throw the book at this man. He gets to have family still visit him in jail and we have to visit Randy at his grave site. How fair is that. Jail is to good for him and what he did

Please dont take anything out on Dan's wife,children or any other family member they were not any part of Dan's actions and I know they must be going through a very difficult time as well as we are. I am sure that is the way Randy would like it.

I dont believe Dan could have done this, he is a nice man and he always was willing to help out... Sometimes people are just in the wrong place at the wrong time and that might make him an accomplice, but that doesnt mean he did it... Sure he helped, but who the heck are you people, do you know him and where he was?? Didnt think so, and you shouldnt believe everything you hear because the media tries to portray images and put ideas out there... But in the end if you werent there who are you to judge?

are u kidding what is wrong with u people.dan addmitted 2 pre planning this crime.even if he didnt deliver the final blow doesnt matter.he was therre the whole time and planned it.kept it covered up 4 15 yrs

He sure the hell does help out people nice guys always helps someone kill someone and then say I was just at the wrong place at the wrong time. Hey by the way, lets use my car to dispose of the body. Most people that are nice don't sit there and plan to beat and leave a handicap person and then say it got out of hand. Let's see beat him to death sodimize him and poke his eye's out and burn him put him in a car and throw him in the river. I don't know but it most accident's aren't planned and nice people don't murder people and then say oops. Your as sick as Dan and Ryan for thinking that a person should get away with doing something like this. i think they should get the both of them for robbery as well, they had planned to take his money as well and they did, no accident there that was planned as well.

You must be crazy if you don't think he had anything to do with it. He still helped throw his body in the river not knowing if he was still alive or not, he said that him self. A nice person wouldn't have done such an morbid and inhuman act. i just have one question to ask you and be for real about this. If Dan wasn't your friend and you read this same article in the paper and it was someone else that did this. Would you still say that the person that did this to a human life is a really great person?????Probably not. Would you still think it if it was one of your loved one's that it happened to?????Probably not. Let's be real about it when you answer this. I don't think that anyone can say this. He may not have done any of the other things that happened to Randy but he did throw him in the river and then covered up the evidience for 15 years and never came forward for 15 years great people always do stuff like this. Know wonder way so many so many people in this world get murdered because crazy people like you think that this is a normal act for a human to do.

Thank you for your support in all of this I don't know who you are but THANK YOU. May I meet you at the court house the day of the trials I will never know but I am sure glad that you have enough common since to know that what these men have done to our family is just very morbid and very inhuman and they do both need to be brought to justice.

only a moron would try 2 defend those twos actions.some people just dont get it!!i tried 2 reason with a bunch of these people.i know these 2 getting what they deserve will never bring randol back but at least they are in the hands of the law.and when they are sentenced 2 like i hope u can finally find some closure.my prayers are with ur family

I don't have exact date's but I do know they are talking in the spring. I will not know how to get a hold of you to let you know. I would like to Thank you again and may you and your family have a fun and safe Thanksgiving and make sure you tell all of your family how much you love them because you never know when they will be taken away from you.
