Hi - I am doing family research for Richard Enger - His mother was Grace and she had Bernie Ness sign the birth certificate for Richard's Father which we know is not a true statement and believe that Maurice Olson was his Father. Everything was secret but now that everyone is dead and Richard would like to know who his real father was and if there were any brother or sisters, aunts and uncles. Have you heard anything that can help us with the understanding of the real father? also for any medical reasons would be nice to know. The only information I have is that Maurice Olson (pronounced Morris) dies 6 days after his brother Reuben Olson in the Norman County area. Peg Bjordahl from Perley was married to Chester Bakkum in 1948 and believe Peg's father was a cousin to Bernie Ness and thought maybe they might know any information. Maurice M. Olson “Bob” dies in Boone North Carolina 02.24.1996 and his parents were Robert and Jennie (Rockstad) Olson, Maurice sister is Peg Olson from Ada and Hilda Hagen from Hendrum. The brothers for Maurice was, Francis, Earl, Leland, Russell. He had two brothers that passed before him and they were Hjalmer and Carroll and two sisters, Odell Olson Smith and Vi Niebeling Reuben Olson was Maurice’s brother and dies 02.22.1996 in Ada, born 09-15-1910 in Hegne Township near Hendrum. He was in the Army 05.02.1942 until 11.13.1945 and worked for Ada Municipal Hospital before retiring in 1980. Thanks in advance if you have any information or if you could forward this to the correct person. Debra Olson OLSONBOONE@MCHSI.COM |
