Stealing a statue out of her yard was very immature. The statue should be returned and the neighbor's should communicate face to face with the owner of the dogs. Handle this like adults, not children.

A better way might have been to video tape the woman leaving her dogs mess behind. No question with pictures!

I have a neighbor who's dog always pees all over my mailbox and yard(yellow stains). I make sure both of my dogs poop in her yard. Might be immature but it sure makes me feel better.

Dear Lindy Lane residents, That is very good that you are returning her statue. Do not forget that many many people hold Jesus very dear, and it is never a funny matter to mock someones love for God, and poke fun at thier faith. Even if you don't believe. I would pray for God's forgiveness, as stealing is not only a sin, but against the law. You are fortunate that this lady is so much more forgiving of you to not press charges, than you were of her for her dogs doo doo problems. |

I had to write concerning this "holding a statue hostage". This is theft, plain and simple. He (she, they) stole something. If you were to go to Meijers and "take" a yard statue from their property to hold hostage to, say, get them to keep trash from their lot from blowing in your yard, do you tink that you would not be prosecuted?
As far as getting the woman to pick up after her dog(s), I found a simple solution years ago. I used a baggy to pick it up from my yard, and put it on the womans porch, just in front of her door. It only took one time. SAhe got the message. |

This is way too funny. This lady has shown disrespect for her neighbors and now that disrespect has come home to roost. All she has to do is do what she should have done in the first place, clean up after her weiner dogs and she gets her stature back. And anyway, what kind of nutty woman has four weiner dogs in her house anyway??? She sounds like one of these "Cat women" who have like 20 cats in their house. Crazy!!!

A better idea - Put the poo in a paper bag, put it on her front porch, light it on fire, ring the doorbell - RUN!!!

okay so yeah this lady deserved getting "Jesus" taken. I mean come on letting your dogs poop in other people's yards? What if those people have kids come on grow up and clean up after your dogs if you are going to have dogs they are your responsiblity!

Come on, if she doesn't clean up after every dog, every time... then, she is just NASTY. The neighbors should collect her droppings and leave them on her porch. No one wants her nasty, germ filled Dog Sh_t in their yard. Let her walk in it. Imagine what her back yard must looks like, no wonder the dogs want to go to the neighbor's clean yards.

Absolutely not! Two wrongs don't make a right! If it's that much of a problem the local authorities should be contacted. Most cities or towns have ordinances regarding this issue.

just to clear things up,i carry a plastic bag when i walk my dogs on a leash and pick any poopies they might do and never allow them in to some ones yard...
