Liberal Brainwashing Explained

For some time I've been baffled as to how you can lead a liberal to the truth, but you cannot get him to see it, admit, or even acknowledge it. How many times have you dealt with this right here on Topix? Facts ignored. Photos ignored. Quotes ignored. Just insult the source, call you a racist and continue on with the anti-conservative, pro-socialist rhetoric.

Well, I finally found the answer and it comes straight from the source: Former KGB agent Yuri Bezmenov, a part of a select Russian group responsible for anti-American patriotic propaganda before and during the Cold War era.

PLEASE, take the time to read this fascinating interview from around 25 years ago. It explains perfectly what America is experiencing right now and why it often seems like your debating with brick walls. Also, why it's so damned important to do your own research and fight for American patriotism!

Here's an example:

[It's a great brainwashing process which goes very slow and is divided into four basic stages. The first one being "demoralization". It takes from 15 to 20 years to demoralize a nation. Why that many years? Because this is the minimum number of years required to educate one generation of students in the country of your enemy exposed to the ideology of [their] enemy. In other words, Marxism-Leninism ideology is being pumped into the soft heads of at least three generation of American students without being challenged or counterbalanced by the basic values of Americanism; American patriotism....

The result? The result you can see ... the people who graduated in the 60's, dropouts or half-baked intellectuals, are now occupying the positions of power in the government, civil service, business, mass media, and educational systems. You are stuck with them. You can't get through to them. They are contaminated. They are programmed to think and react to certain stimuli in a certain pattern [alluding to Pavlov]. You cannot change their mind even if you expose them to authentic information. Even if you prove that white is white and black is black, you still can not change the basic perception and the logic of behavior.]

If our children are being brainwashed by the dropouts from the 1960's then who brainwashed the children of the 1960's? People from the 1940's? Who brainwashed the people from the 1940's? People from the 1920's? This thing may have it roots going all the way back to the Mayflower! Maybe their intent was to start a new Marxist/Leninist society on the shores of the New World!!!

No..wait! Marx and Lenin weren't born yet.....hmmm. Maybe they predicted their births and ideals ahead of time? No...wait...maybe they got a hold of Lenin and Marx and brainwashed them!? Now its all coming together.

This is some scary shit, especially since the solution is re-establishing patriotism through getting the truth out. This might explain why Obama and the FCC have been fighting so hard for "Net Neutrality"? It's not just because Barry's a thin-skinned narcissist. The left HAS to control the content. Control the content and you can write/rewrite history. Bye Bye founding fathers.

Even today, children wearing American flags on their clothing were sent home because it caused such an uproar in a California school. It's no longer appropriate "PC" to show patriotism in public.

And you, more than most here, are proof that this propaganda is effective. A daily stream of anti-patriotic rhetoric and preprogrammed demoralized hogwash. Anti-everything, except the government system. The government can do no wrong and individual success is ill-gotten, unless it's by those that believe as yo do, then it's acceptable.

No one can get you to look at things any other way than what you already have set in your mind. You are smarter than everyone. No, I am patriotic. I just choose to NOT live my life in fear and buy into every theory the next crackpot wants to send my way.

Well, that pretty describes emotional responses every human has, doesn't it? They had to research half a century's worth of literature to determine conservatives are human?? No wonder they seek funding for how to teach Chinese prostitutes to drink responsibly.

This forgot to mention how conservatives like to claim that anyone who disagrees with them are anti-patriotic. I guess it does tie into the whole fear/aggression thing though.

Scientific research? Your 4 researchers listed in your link are professors of literature no less from liberal Berkly. Which is well known for it's extreme liberal viewpoints. Come on SIB you seem fairly intelligent, you can do better than that.

Whether you're a patriot or not makes no difference to me. That's for you to decide. But Yuri KGB makes a pretty good case that your liberal belief system is rooted in anti-Americanism and the way to combat that from spreading is to ensure our children have a good amount of patriotism and true history taught to them.

If you think apologizing to other countries and being ashamed of the wars we've fought throughout history, feeling America and what we stand for isn't exceptional, as well as demeaning your fellow Americans for standing against government and protesting just because you don't happen to agree with what they're saying is patriotism, then we have very different ideas of what patriotism is and isn't.
