I am tired of listening to all his apologists (court employees and trial lawyer friends of his pretending to be random average citizens) make excuses for him. Briefs are not facts, facts come from witnesses on the stand. I watched some of those proceedings and Fischer failed miserably to prove his case in the courtroom. On top of that he behaves like an arrogant bully, hiding evidence and threatening all the way. I believe I said earlier he might be lucky not to be disciplined by the State Bar over this, the grievance is just the first step.
Servaas is a good judge, he is going to win this and reelection, get over it.
