I agree with you..and I am not sure..but I think the law onlys applys while school is in session and students are present..but maybe with after-school stuff..there isn't hardly a time without the children present..

I agree Meggo. I am from a very rural area way up north and have only lived in GR for about 8 yrs now so I remember when I was new to "bums" approaching me for money or food when we left downtown bars.
I dont like it and I dont know who does. Of course its too bad, but its not a problem that I can fix!
The only bum or "bum looking" person I will talk to is the guy who always yells "EAT 'EM UP TIGERS EAT 'EM UP!!!!"

Apparently both of you were too busy being angry at rich people to devote time and money to the poor and hurting. So dont run around tossing stones when your glass house provided shelter to no one but yourself.

It makes no sense why a homeless person would be in Michigan during the winter. There are many warmer places to lay your bod.

How tragic!!!!!!!!!!And yet we send millions of dolars a year to other coutried to help thier people and Lord only knows what crimes they have committed.

Hey looser! Yes you... The shelters, and the state are the ones that killed this man. The evil "rich" didnt make it so he couldn't get a room for the night.

no i have a great job and don't have drug or alcohol problems and i don't molest people. i was willed a house so i don't have to worry about being on the streets. but thanks for being a hypocrite. how dare you be offended by my comments and say the same damn thing about me. i can't believe you would feel sorry for him. he wasn't a good person.

"second-degree criminal sexual conduct" is a big leap from taking a leak in public. I actualy knew this man. He was always nice when I'd see him but I wouldn't trust him near my grandkids. It is a shame that he had no place to turn.

Just looked it up on the sex offender registry. He was convicted of Criminal Sexual Conduct 2nd Degree with a PERSON UNDER 13! I guess he got what he deserved
