A recent decision by Judge Morrison causes me to wonder about his cognitive function and whether or not he should have retired or been removed long ago. In my opinion, he appeared to have made up his mind before the hearing began and was not swayed by evidence to the contrary. Has anyone else experienced this with Judge Morrison???
