1 Nobody would break into the house, murder his wife, AND THEN TAKE THE BODY WITH THEM. Blagg is guilty beyond any doubt. |

I think it is a crime that they have never located Abby Blagg, either alive or deceased.

shame shame on this man. You're totally right though; nobody would rob the home and then bring the bodies with them. May they rest in peace.

I live here, and I know people who knew the family and who were in the courtroom and witnessed all that there was to see... Even those who thought maybe he was "not" guilty, had seen enough evidence that leaned toward "guilty"! Not even including the "porn"!!!
They barely caught his wife's body at the dump sight! So even if their daughter was there, it would have been a needle in a haystack to find her...by the time they had checked there, the body was pretty much gone! Speaking of "logic"...if it was a "break in", why bother taking her body and dumping it in the very location of his workplace??? Who would take that much time/risk to hide evidence? He was def found guilty by reason of "logic" as well! I personally think that he prob took the time to bury his daughter somewhere...Who knows! |

3 If anything, shows like this should be a sad testimony to our broken justice system. Jurors that don't understand the legal process. Jurors that spout ridiculous notions that God controls their decisions so that they can avoid their own guilt at going with town's 'peer pressure'. Notice how I never said I believe him innocent. Whether he was guilty or innocent, there was not enough evidence, the jury was biased, and he should NEVER have been sent to jail. |

Gar, go read this
http://www.thedenverchannel.com/news/1516234/... If the 48 hours special contained ALL the evidence to convict this guy, then yeah...I had my doubts too. Do some research. TV shows do not include all the details, sometimes to make it seem more dramatic... |
||||
|
He's guilty. The reason he killed his daughter as well was to make himself appear innocent. No one would believe someone would kill their own child, right?
Gar, don't try to understand a psychopath. A nice face, an "upstanding citizen,"... these people hide in plain sight in society. Anyone could be a monster. In fact, the worst monsters often turn out to be the most "normal" looking. Sorry to burst your comfortable little bubble, but these are the facts. |

when i watched the 48 hours i thought no way but then leaned toward oh for sure,but as i flash back to when they show him being interragated,they say he had no emotion for a man who lost his family,i thought that makes him look guilty,but when the judge gave him his sentence he seemed quite together,so i thought just maybe innocent.did they ever do a a lie detector on him.

Ill just say that i sure hope i never have to go to court and rely on a jury of my peers...after watching that show and seeing that verdict....no way...you shouldnt be found guilty unless there is evidence PROVING BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT...that you are guilty....and that was not proven...everything was heresay.....if the public wants you guilty....if the cops want you guilty because they have NO HARD EVIDENCE.....they will find u guilty....sad sad story.....
|
||||
|
great response......no solid evidence...if im on that jury, you better show me something solid....how bout a murder weapon......c'mon....but it could happen to anyone.....

I am still in shock at the fact that the mother-in-law told the court of an attack on her daughter that happened in Corpus Cristy Texas and she had never mentioned that before and all of a sudden she remembered and they did nothing about it nor did they investigate it further.

Ive been following this case for years, and i personally never had any doubt this man was guilty. It is what it is, in any case that dont involve dna or a confession there will always be people saying hes not guilty. This case is closed and the right man is in jail, end of the story.

You were there huh? You know he did it without a doubt? Shame on you for playing God. Only God, her, him, and Abby know!
