Shame on UND for hanging on to this racist and offensive nickname. It's demeaning to the Native American community and a piece of the puzzle as to why they continue to suffer in the crisis of poverty and alcoholism.

Where I don't believe the nickname has anything to do with some indigenous peoples alcoholic and poverty problems I do believe the name should be changed. It's caused problems for years and it would be nice to finally put it to rest.

Shame on you for calling the fighting Sioux racist and offensive. They fought hard to achieve this name, and you demean it. What have you personally done to help the plight of these once proud people? Your ancestors killed them off and put them in reservations, now you're trying to come across as sympathetic. What a hypocrite you are, you Indian killing, good for nothing piece of crap. One final thought," you can't handle the truth".

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Capricorn

Confusion reigns supreme today, especially when dealing with financial matters. You could get into a muddle when sorting out your accounts or when working out how much you owe someone, even though you may not notice this at the time. It certainly isn't the day for parting with large sums of money because the chances of something going wrong are very high.
