Driver in fatal crash held

Marvelous. Another sobriety related traffic fatality.

Had the officer been laid off, as many budget striken police agencies have done as of recent, this traffic crash would have never happened. Additionally, the driver possibly would have survived the crash had she been wearing a seat belt.

Actually, my post is factual, your post is the one that lacks any intelligence.

Had the officer been furloughed, he wouldn't have been present to create a fear in the mind of the crash driver who has a god given right to be driving a car in the first place. People in the US should not be living in fear of excersizing their rights.

Richard - Julius did not have the right to be driving he did not have a valid drivers license. As for Jodie wearing a seat belt, getting T-boned at 100 mph, I'm not sure she would have survived no matter what. But this fault does not lie with Jodie or the Police Officer, Julius J Crusaw, Jr., this is his cross to bear and don't give me any reason. His actions cost Jodie her life. Julius Crusaw now has no rights he lost those when he decided to run from the police. He was already on probation, but like everything else he has done in the past year HE WAS NOT THINKING. JODIE HURST NORRIS FUNERAL is tommorrow. 7/6/2010.

Jodie is my sister and NOTHING was her fault.she was on the way to my house when that stupid driver took her life and almost my nieces too.I don't feel any bit sorry for him,but I do not have any hate in my heart twords him or his family,,R.I.P Jodie,I miss and love you beautiful ;l<\3
