GRAFTON -- The authorities have arrested a Taylor County couple, accused of child neglect.
They have charged Summer Jennings, 31 and David Pigott, 36, with three counts of felony child neglect.
Taylor County EMS responded to a an overdose call at Jennings' home earlier this month.
Her three children were home at the time.
Pigott told the authorities the drugs and paraphernalia in the home were his.
Jennings' father, a registered child sex offender, also lives in the home.
Investigators say the couple has allowed the children to become truant from school and have left various drugs out where the children could see them and have access to them.
Both Jennings and Pigott were taken to the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, but are now free on bond.

I seen summer at the store and she had her girls how did this ever happen after everything she has been charged with? She sells her moms pills to get her and her mom money for the mashines at big daddys I hope they put her away for what shes done to those kids.
