I've been told that "opting-out" is not an option in Indiana, but I don't want to expose my family to the risks. I can't seem to find any information/people/groups against these meters in Indiana. Please help! Thanks.
Lucky in Love Hammond, IN	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #2 Aug 6, 2012 Nipsco replaced my old meter with a new smart meter and its on the outside of the house. No need to be home or to make sure the dog is inside when they come to read it. They dont even have to leave thier vehicle.
